Team Training


Come and train with other athletes at the Haverford Area YMCA. I coach triathlon classes at the Y on the following days:

Mondays: 8:00-9:00am Swimming

Tuesdays: 7:00-8:00pm in the spin room for a bike session. We’ll work on speed and hills as well as zone 2 endurance sessions.

Thursdays: 5:00am-6:00am swim. I will have about 3000 yards planned, but you do what you can. If you are new to swimming and can barely swim the length of the pool, or are working on your endurance, the workout can be modified. We’ll also work on flip turns and other skills in the off season.

Saturdays: Bike Class in the Spin Room 6:00-7:00am, and swim from 7:15-8:15am.

There is no need to sign up; just come to the classes that interest you. If you’re a Greater Philadelphia YMCA member, all classes are FREE. And, you get a discount on training plans if you want me to coach you one-on-one. Check out the triathlon plan options.
